1. Employers and Recruiters

   Employers and recruiters can use the Europass documents to assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential employees and identify the best candidate.

2. Awarding Bodies

   Individuals who hold vocational certificates from an awarding body can request a Europass Certificate Supplement to help demonstrate the skills and competencies they have gained from completing the qualification.

3. Voluntary / Gap Year Organisations

   The activities undertaken in a Gap Year, or through another European initiative, can provide an individual with invaluable experiences as well as new skills.

4. Further Education / Schools

   Choosing what to do after school or further education is a difficult decision. Europass can help individuals promote themselves in the best way whether they are working, studying or training in Europe.

   Higher education plays a central role within the Europass initiative; promoting the tools to students, providing the Diploma Supplement and using the documents to help understand the abilities of individuals applying for courses.
